Effective October 12, 2026. These terms govern Found by AI Fix Essentials, provided by Resonant Labs LLC through Shoreline CT AI. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the scope we confirm with you.
The $199 USD service
One payment covers one business location: a review of public business information, agreed basic corrections on up to four listings you control, a written fix list for website changes outside our scope, and a plain-English before/after report. There is no recurring subscription. No extra paid work is added without your agreement.
Before payment
Submitting intake does not charge you or commit you to buy. We first check whether the service fits and confirm the specific scope. If there is nothing useful to fix or we cannot perform the work, we tell you and do not request payment. Your private status page provides the Stripe checkout link after scope confirmation.
Your authority and access
You must own the business or have permission to authorize the work and supply accurate details. You keep ownership of your accounts. When needed, use the platform's manager invitation or another agreed secure access method. Never send us passwords, payment-card details or private customer records. We only make the changes you authorize. You can revoke access at any time.
Delivery
Our target is about five business days after payment, scope confirmation and required access are complete. This is a target, not a guarantee. Verification, platform review or missing information can cause delays; we will explain changes to the expected timeline. Delivery is by email with a written report and supporting evidence. There is no physical shipment.
What is excluded
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, customers or mentions by an AI system. We do not buy reviews, run ads, redesign your website, provide medical or legal advice, or certify privacy or regulatory compliance. Third-party platforms control whether and when changes appear. Work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
Payment and receipts
The one-time price is $199 USD. Payment takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not collect card details on this website. Work is scheduled after Stripe confirms payment. A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with your order identifier; do not send card details.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel by emailing hello@resonantlab.ai from the order email address. If work has not started, we refund the full payment. If work has started, we explain the work completed and refund any undelivered portion. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we refund the undelivered portion; if nothing was delivered, we refund in full. We do not replace statutory rights with this policy. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; your bank controls posting time.
Corrections and support
If our report or a change we made is wrong, tell us so we can investigate and correct it. The report is a dated snapshot; later platform, business or AI-answer changes are outside a one-time correction unless included in your scope. Keep your status link private. We may pause work for missing authorization, unsafe requests or inaccurate information and will explain the next step.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the business information and permissions you provide. We are responsible for performing the agreed work with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not authorize us to access unrelated accounts or use your information for marketing.
