2. Keep the private status link and confirmation email.
3. We check fit and confirm the work before requesting payment.
4. Pay $199 USD securely on Stripe after scope confirmation.
5. Provide only the manager invitations required for the approved work.
6. Receive your before/after report by email.

Common questions

No email? Check spam and your on-screen receipt. Your request may be saved even if email is delayed. Contact hello@resonantlab.ai with the request identifier.

Payment cancelled? No work starts until payment is confirmed. Use your private status link to try again.

Payment pending? Don't pay again. Keep your Stripe receipt and contact us if the status does not update.

Need to cancel? Email us from your order address. See cancellation and refund terms.

No login? You do not create an account here. Your private status link is specific to your request.
