Information you provide
We collect your business name, city or town and state, business type, business website and listing links, contact email, platforms you control, permission confirmation and the agreed service scope. We record request and order identifiers, payment status, correspondence and the evidence needed to deliver the service. Do not submit sensitive customer information, medical records, passwords or payment-card details.
What we use it for
We use this information to check service fit, communicate with you, collect the agreed payment, make authorized corrections, provide your report, handle support and refunds, and prevent misuse. Your request is not consent to marketing email.
Service providers
Vercel and Cloudflare provide website hosting, delivery and security. Supabase stores service requests and order records. Resend delivers service email. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment; we receive payment identifiers and status, not your full card number. Our email provider handles replies. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
Public business research and AI assistance
We compare publicly available business information to the details you confirm. We may use AI assistants to help review public business information and draft findings, with review before delivery. We do not need or request private customer data, medical information or your account password. Public listing edits require your separate authorization on the relevant platform.
Browser and security data
The site uses a temporary browser-session identifier to prevent duplicate submissions and retain your private request-status link. It is not an advertising identifier. Hosting providers retain ordinary request/security logs. We use a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions. We do not install advertising pixels or sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention and your choices
We retain service records only as needed for delivery, support, disputes, legal obligations and business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@resonantlab.ai. We may verify your request and retain records we must keep. You may remove any manager access you grant at any time. Keep your private status link private.
Who the service is for
This service is for adult business owners or authorized business representatives, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's information. Contact us if information was submitted in error.
